Yesterday was more difficult for me. I was having a hard time staying full. I was still under my calorie intake but it was difficult not to give into temptation. but the important thing is I DID IT!!!! And I am so proud!!

I am weighing in here in a bit. Hoping that number at the top of my page goes down....Hoping to update soon!!!! Stay tuned.....

I have gone down 2 pounds since starting this!!! WOOT!!

  1. Way to go girl! Keep resisting the temptation. That is always the hardest part when you start dieting... after a while, that urge will fade. What really helped me with getting full faster was drinking water. I drink a full glass before a meal to give less room for food... and then I drink more after if I start getting hungry again. Sometimes I'll add some crystal light to make it not so blah. :) Keep it up girl!
